AUTOMATIC LOAN PAYMENTS: We'll gladly arrange for loan payments to be deducted automatically from your account on the periodic due dates (Note: Both the loan and the account must be with Farmers and Merchants. To automate payments on loans held by other institutions, you must use online Bill Pay).

CHECKS: A variety of check colors, designs and styles are available for purchase for use with your checking or NOW account. Stop by either branch to review the selections. Charges apply according to the quantity and style ordered.

DEBIT / ATM CARD: Customers with a checking or savings account in good standing for at least 30 days may request a Debit/ATM Card that enables them to withdraw cash at ATM machines and pay for purchases at merchants which accept MasterCard. Cardholders may use ATM's operated by Farmers and Merchants surcharge free.

DRIVE - THRU BANKING: For customers on the go, we offer a drive-through window at the Neola branch open Mon-Thu, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon.

FAX SERVICE: Visit a teller window to fax documents to any domestic fax number. Fees apply.

LOOSE COIN PROCESSING: Bank customers may bring in clean, loose coins not mixed with any foreign debris to be counted and wrapped. Fees may apply.

MONEY ORDERS / CASHIERS CHECKS: Money Orders up to $1000 and Cashiers Checks for virtually any amount are available at the teller window. Fees apply.

NIGHT DEPOSITORY: Can't get to the bank in time? No problem. Drop your deposit into our convenient, secure night deposit boxes and we'll process it for you the following morning.

NOTARY: Notary services are available at either branch as a courtesy to bank customers.

ONLINE BANKING: Access your bank accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home computer via the internet. Consult balances, view transactions, transfer funds between accounts or make loan payments.

ONLINE BILL PAY: Hate writing checks and licking stamps? Sign up for Bill Pay and pay virtually anyone in the United States . Available to all Online Banking customers in good standing with a checking or NOW account from which to make payments. By combining Bill Pay with a Debit Card, you may never have to write a check again. Fees may apply.

OVERDRAFT LINE OF CREDIT: Farmers and Merchants offers a Line of Credit as a convenient and affordable means to protect your checking account against overdrafts. Fees apply. Interest charges apply only if the LOC actually gets used.
